Desricption of Dry Rmming Mass:
1. Acidic Dry Ramming Mass
After sintering in the first heat of kiln baking, the conversion rate of α-phosphor quartz is high, and the time of kiln baking is short. In addition, it has excellent volume stability, thermal shock resistance and high strength at high temperature.
2.Neutral Dry Ramming Mass
Neutral dry ramming mass has the characteristics of easy construction, hardening at room temperature, high strength at high temperature, low thermal expansion and shrinkage, and strong resistance to solution erosion.
3.Alkaline Dry Ramming Mass
Alkaline dry ramming mass has the advantages of good volume stability at high temperature, erosion resistance, abrasion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, and high refractoriness under load.
